We distinguish between four different service levels at our service centers:
Service level 0
- Spare parts service from a full-range spare parts warehouse for all Beckhoff products in all age categories
- Repair service for all Beckhoff products from all age categories (even repairs for many products from the 1980s continue to be possible)
- Field service with trained and experienced service specialists
- Life cycle management
- Root cause analysis in cooperation with our development departments
- Coordination of international service activities
- Telephone support
Service level 1
- Spare parts service from a large, local spare parts warehouse for many Beckhoff products
- Spare parts service from central spare parts warehouse in Germany (service level S0)
- Repair service for many Beckhoff products (covering up to 15 years of product history)
- Repair management (individual repairs, e.g. for older products, are forwarded to service centers for service level S0)
- Field service with qualified, experienced service specialists
- Telephone support
Service level 2
- Spare parts service from a local spare parts warehouse or from a central spare parts warehouse in Germany (service level S0)
- Repair service for some Beckhoff products (may differ in some subsidiaries)
- Repair management (repairs will be forwarded to S0- or S1-level service centers)
- Field service with trained service specialists
- Telephone support

- Spare parts service from a central spare parts warehouse in Germany (service level S0)
- Repair management (repairs will be forwarded to S0- or S1-level service centers)
- Field service with trained and experienced service specialists
- Telephone support
