Thanks to the three sizes available, ATRO base modules offer a flexible and robust mounting solution for different kinematics in all orientations: whether on a base plate on the machine bed, on the wall, or on the ceiling. This versatility enables the system to be customized to different environments and applications.

The connection level for the integrated media feed for data, energy, and fluids (e.g., compressed air and vacuum) can either be routed to the side or downward and thus perfectly matched to the machine design. A standardized mechanical ATRO interface ensures a seamless connection between the modules.

The internal media feed ensures efficient and safe transmission, while the self-centering Hirth joint ensures precise positioning and stability of the modules. The rigid connection with self-locking thread offers secure and durable installation.

The integrated brake choppers and braking resistors help to stabilize the 48-V supply voltage, which increases the performance and reliability of the base modules. The hybrid connector enables an efficient connection for electrical power and communication, maximizing the efficiency of the entire system.
