TF5264 | TwinCAT 3 CNC Conveyor Tracking
TwinCAT 3 CNC Conveyor Tracking enables a machine to be synchronized with workpieces on a conveyor system. These moving workpieces or parts can be manipulated or processed.
Properties
- tracking objects and workpieces on conveyor belts
- simple programming and execution of machining and handling processes on moving objects and workpieces
- synchronization of moving and stationary toolboxes
- synchronization with the moving system at relative speed, e.g. for direct transition during milling on the moving workpiece
- on-the-fly changes between synchronization processes
- support of kinematic transformations (TF5240 | TwinCAT 3 CNC Transformation), such as articulated robots, delta, SCARA
Possible areas of application include machining or handling (pick-and-place) of moving workpieces.
