Responsibilities

  • carry out company business plans, execute and achieve sales targets
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting key account relationships by providing expert guidance on automation technology
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities in automation, focusing on market segments such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or any industry with automation needs
  • conduct technical product demonstrations for customers, showing benefits for customer’s system
  • collaborate with technical teams to design customized automation solutions based on customer specifications
  • provide recommendations for automation improvements, upgrades, or new installations
  • maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline
  • provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key account updates to management

Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably automation, mechatronics, electrical and electronics engineering) or a related field
  • at least 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development with a focus on automation, robotics, control systems, or similar technology (candidates with a high level of relevant experience will be considered for senior engineer position)
  • proven track record of sales success, including generating leads, closing sales, and managing key accounts
  • familiarity with the sales cycle for technical products, including requirement gathering, solution design, and post-sales support
  • strong understanding of automation technology such as PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, sensors, and industrial control systems
  • ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in both English and Vietnamese
